Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus).
• Indian national with valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship can be provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to increase sales.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Create sales plans and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
