Job summary

List International is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for its Abu Dhabi real estate team. The role requires 2–3 years of UAE market experience, a strong network, and a proven ability to generate leads and close transactions.

You will manage listings, engage with developers and investors, and leverage CRM tools to track progress. Fluent English and Arabic are preferred, with immediate joining possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant UAE real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a steady pipeline of property listings and sales leads.
• Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Utilize CRM and proptech tools to track leads and progress to closing.
• Maintain active portfolio of property listings and client information in CRM.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on UAE market trends, regulations, and opportunities.
