Job summary

Nathan HR is seeking a Sales Director for a UAE real estate development portfolio. You will design and execute sales strategies, lead a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth across project portfolios in the UAE market.

You will expand broker partnerships, optimize pricing, manage CRM and forecasting, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and collaborate with Finance, Development, Legal, and Marketing to maximize performance and absorption.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in real estate sales and revenue growth.
Track record of achieving sales targets and growth across portfolios.
Experience managing sales teams and broker networks.
Strong understanding of pricing, inventory, payment plans, and conversions.
Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and reporting abilities.
Familiarity with UAE real estate sales processes and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Establish and achieve sales, revenue, unit sales, and collection targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the internal sales team to maximise performance.
Build and expand broker networks, managing onboarding and relationships.
Oversee pricing strategies, payment plans, discounts, and incentives within approved parameters.
Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion, reservations, and market demand.
Collaborate with Marketing to optimise lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure accurate CRM management, sales forecasting, and regular performance reporting.
Coordinate with Finance, Development, Legal, and Compliance to support smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and sales documentation procedures.
