Tawtheeq Property Registration Trustee in Dubai seeks an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities for the trustee office, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations. You will handle VAT, CIT considerations, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting, coordinating with auditors and government authorities while maintaining robust internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) is a plus.
• 3–5 years UAE accounting experience, real estate/trustee experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with vouchers, reconciliations and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities for the trustee office.
• Process and reconcile transactions on the Noqodi portal with portal bank statements.
• Prepare VAT, CIT computations and filings under UAE regulations.
• Maintain books, ledgers and internal controls aligned with UAE rules.
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement per UAE regs.
• Handle AP/AR, invoicing, payments and vendor/client accounts.
• Monitor expenses, review contracts for cost savings and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks and authorities as required.
