Job summary

Chelsea Bridge Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years of UAE real estate accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process invoices payments and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconcensions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Handle VAT calculations filings and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Support external auditors during annual audits.
