Job summary

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong UAE accounting knowledge and hands-on experience using Zoho. The role covers day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT compliance and UAE Corporate Tax requirements.

Real estate and hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, with independence and accuracy as core traits. The candidate will manage month-end close, liaise with auditors and tax advisers, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong UAE accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting using Zoho.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and record-keeping.
