Real Estate Accountant

Company: Al Mulla Group – UAE
Location: Fujairah, United Arab Emirates

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate accounting and demonstrate proficiency in relevant accounting tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to real estate activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor lease contracts and ensure accurate billing and collections.
• Utilize Nozol software for real estate accounting and reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, clients, and internal departments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector within the UAE.
• Proficiency in Nozol Software is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT laws.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of other accounting systems/tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Male candidates only (due to nature of business/operational needs).
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate Joiner preferred.
• Candidate must be in UAE.
