Driven Asset Management in Dubai seeks a Property Manager to handle day-to-day property oversight, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate leasing activities, maintenance, and vendor management while safeguarding asset value across a mixed residential and commercial portfolio.

The role requires UAE property management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with local tenancy laws and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with EJARI, DLD portal, and Dubai tenancy laws.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• RERA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of assigned properties and tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, and documentation.
• Manage rent collection, arrears, and refunds as needed.
• Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
