Job summary

UDrive Rent a Car in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) – UAE National for a full-time on-site role in the HR/Administration department. You will report to the HR Manager and act as the primary liaison with government authorities to manage visas, labour matters, and official documentation.

The ideal candidate is a UAE national with 3–5 years in PRO or government relations, strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, and excellent coordination and communication skills in English

Qualifications

• UAE National (Mandatory).
• 3–5 years PRO or Government Relations experience in UAE.
• Experience handling multiple entities or group companies is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all visa-related processes including employment, visit, family visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Handle MOHRE approvals, Emirates ID processing, biometrics, and medical tests.
• Process trade license renewals and updates across DED, Free Zones, and Municipalities.
• Act as liaison with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, Immigration, Police, Free Zones, and Embassies.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on official documents and power of attorney.
• Maintain records of government transactions and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and immigration rules.
• Track expiry dates and coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations.
• Provide support during audits and government inquiries.
