Job summary

Osome in the UAE is hiring a mid-level Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage end-to-end company incorporation, visa processing, government liaison, and post-incorporation registrations across Mainland Dubai and UAE Free Zones. This is an operationally intensive role requiring field visits and coordination with authorities.

You will support client onboarding, maintain statutory records, and build scalable PRO services as the team grows, working with cross-functional groups to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years UAE PRO experience.
• End-to-end incorporation across UAE mainland and 2-3 free zones.
• Hands-on visa processing experience.
• Familiarity with: DET/DED portals, ICP/GDRFA, MOHRE systems.
• Experience with corporate secretarial processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end company incorporation across UAE Free Zones and Mainland.
• Coordinate name reservation, MOA/AOA, Notary, Ejari and license issuance.
• Handle visa and immigration processing.
• Liaise with authorities and maintain client coordination.
• Develop playbooks and support Sales and Onboarding.
