Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai seeks a seasoned Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, immigration, labour, visa and employee documentation for a diversified Dubai group.

The role supports a group of companies with ~400 employees, including blue-collar and site-based workforces. Strong UAE procedure knowledge and accuracy are essential for timely processing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE PRO / Government Relations experience.
• Hands-on visa, work permit, Emirates ID, medicals, labour docs and cancellations.
• Knowledge of MOHRE and GDRFA processes and platforms.
• Experience supporting blue-collar or site-based workforce.
• Experience across multiple companies or legal entities.
• Strong document-control and expiry-tracking.
• Good English; Arabic capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PRO and government relations activities across the group's UAE entities.
• Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations and related immigration requirements.
• Coordinate work permits, labour approvals and other employee documentation through government platforms.
• Handle Emirates IDs, medicals and related employee documentation.
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA and other authorities regarding employee and company needs.
• Maintain trackers and elevate compliance issues as needed.
