Job summary

KN International is seeking an experienced PRO Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee government relations, licensing, and employee visa processing. You will ensure regulatory compliance and timely handling of corporate documentation, while guiding management on UAE procedures.

The role involves coordinating with government authorities, renewing licenses, managing work visas, and supporting HR in onboarding and immigration matters, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi government departments and procedures.
• Understanding of company licensing procedures for industrial enterprises.
• Valid UAE driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage company registration, license applications, renewals, and amendments with authorities.
• Notarization and attestation of corporate documents (M&A, board resolutions, etc.).
• Coordinate registration procedures with relevant government entities.
• Oversee employee work visas, entry permits, Emirates IDs, health cards, and residence visas.
• Support onboarding with HR for visa processing and documentation.
• Assist in family visa applications and related immigration procedures.
• Monitor UAE immigration and labor law updates and advise management.
• Maintain relationships with government departments and handle submissions/inspections.
• Ensure documents are complete, valid, and compliant; renewals ahead of expiry.
• Handle government procedures related to company vehicles and permits.
