Job summary

OSOME is expanding its UAE operations and seeks a mid-level Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage end-to-end company incorporation, visa processing, and government liaison across Mainland Dubai and UAE Free Zones. The role requires field visits, authority coordination, and strong knowledge of UAE incorporation systems.

You will coordinate with Free Zones, ICP, MOHRE, and other authorities, while supporting Sales and Onboarding teams with client guidance.

Qualifications

3–6+ years UAE PRO experience.
End-to-end incorporation across UAE mainland and 2–3 free zones.
Hands-on visa processing experience.
Familiarity with DET/DED portals, ICP/GDRFA and MOHRE systems.
Experience handling foreign shareholders including corporates.
Exposure to sales/client advisory and not just process execution is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end company incorporation and secretarial services across Dubai Mainland and UAE Free Zones.
Coordinate MOA/AOA, Notary, Ejari and license issuance and/or amendments.
Own end-to-end visa and immigration processing for investors and employees.
Liaise with Free Zones, ICP, MOHRE, Notary Public, Chamber of Commerce and Federal Tax Authority.
Maintain organized documentation records and client coordination.
Support Sales and Onboarding with nurturing and advising clients.
