Badami Holding Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage in-house visa processing and government transactions across UAE portals.

You will handle Mainland and JAFZA registrations, renewals, and related corporate documentation, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and coordinate with internal teams and government authorities to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE.
• Hands-on visa processing and government procedures.
• Knowledge of Mainland, JAFZA portals and government portals.
• Experience with trade licence renewals and trademark formalities.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple government transactions independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end in-house visa processing including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Handle government-related transactions and documentation with UAE authorities.
• Manage company portals and transactions for Mainland and JAFZA.
• Coordinate trade licence renewals, company establishment card renewals, and other corporate documentation.
• Handle trademark registration, renewals, and related formalities.
• Ensure timely processing of government approvals, permits, renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and government authorities to resolve pending issues.
