Job summary

Reportage is seeking an HR Payroll Assistant in the UAE to manage end‑to‑end payroll, WPS submissions, and EOS calculations for a busy real estate operation. The role requires UAE Labour Law knowledge and strong Excel skills to handle complex commissions and visa processes.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll, regulatory reporting, and confidential HR data management. A 3–5 year track record in UAE payroll is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR operations and payroll in UAE, preferably real estate.
• Proven WPS and UAE Labour Law knowledge.
• Experience with visa, medical, Emirates ID processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle for all employees, including data extraction and final disbursement.
• Prepare and submit SIF files for WPS in compliance with MOHRE regulations.
• Process GPSSA contributions and EOS gratuity calculations per UAE Labour Law.
• Handle visa, medical, Emirates ID processes and related documentation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, payroll audits, and records maintenance.
