Job summary

Agile Consultants seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business and manage key accounts in the UAE flooring, building materials, and interior fit-out sectors. The role focuses on outdoor sales, client meetings, and securing project quotations while building strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years UAE outdoor sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE outdoor sales experience in flooring/building materials/interior fit-out sectors.
• Established professional relationships with architects, consultants, designers, contractors, dealers or distributors.
• Good understanding of flooring products, specs and market requirements.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop new accounts, negotiate terms and hit targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, comfortable with extensive outdoor sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within UAE flooring and interior fit-out markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, main contractors, fit-out contractors, dealers and distributors.
• Promote flooring products through outdoor visits, presentations and meetings.
• Develop and manage key accounts to generate repeat business.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales to hit targets.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to secure specifications and approvals for upcoming projects.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and opportunities; maintain accurate sales records.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and payments when applicable.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
