Caliberly is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive growth across the UAE for flooring and interior finishing solutions. You will visit sites, meet contractors, architects, and designers, and convert opportunities into orders.

The role emphasizes lead generation, product presentations, quotations, and negotiations to meet monthly and quarterly targets while expanding relationships with key accounts and project teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or diploma in business, sales, marketing, interior design, or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience in flooring/building materials is desirable.
• Experience with flooring products (wood, parquet, laminate, vinyl, SPC) is highly desirable.
• Strong UAE market knowledge and existing contractor/architect relationships are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities across UAE and expand market presence.
• Visit construction sites and meet contractors, designers, architects, and developers.
• Present flooring solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Manage sales cycle from enquiry to order closure and achieve targets.
• Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and track pipeline progress.
