Job summary

Analog in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage permits, licences, and government relationships for UAE operations. The role is on-site and requires native/fluent Arabic with strong English, plus direct PRO experience.

You will handle registrations, approvals, translations, and coordination with ministries, embassies, and free zones. A valid UAE driving licence and excellent organization are essential for day-to-day success.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English for written and spoken communication.
• Direct experience as a PRO or in a government liaison role in the UAE is essential.
• Ability to translate, prepare, and submit Arabic and English documents and track approvals.
• Strong organisational skills with a habit of tracking every open item until closure.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage permit, licence, and clearance applications and ensure approvals are current and renewed on time.
• Represent Analog in person at government offices and ministries to speed up approvals and resolve issues quickly.
• Track regulatory changes and flag necessary process or documentation updates.
• Prepare, translate, and submit Arabic and English paperwork for each application and follow up until approval.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and partners, including agendas and action follow-ups.
• Maintain records of outstanding actions and chase them to closure; assist staff with visas and Emirates ID.
