Job summary

Parsons in Dubai seeks an HSE Officer (UAE National) to provide HSE support to construction and project teams on site. You will conduct inductions, inspections, incident investigations, and promote a Zero Accidents culture while ensuring compliance with OSHAD and company policies.

Responsibilities

Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with government regulations, OSHAD, and company HSE policies.
Support construction and project teams with HSE guidance, inspections, safety walk-downs, and participation in HSE meetings and campaigns.
Conduct HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions for workers and visitors.
Assist in incident/near-miss investigations, reporting hazards, and coordinating corrective actions with contractors and the HSE team.
Promote a “Zero Accidents” culture by identifying unsafe conditions, recommending practical solutions, and recognizing good HSE performance.
