Qualifications

• Must have entry-level to mid-level HSE knowledge and practical risk awareness.
• Familiar with site inspections, safety walk-downs, and toolbox talks is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for inductions, reporting, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Check compliance with government regulations and OSHAD requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections and safety walk-downs.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations and NI reporting.
• Provide HSE guidance to project teams during daily operations.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely implementation of actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation and records.
