Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) in Dubai seeks a Senior Market Access Manager to lead payer engagement, pricing and launch readiness for a specialty portfolio in the UAE. You will translate regional access strategies into local execution and manage cross‑functional collaborations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years pharma experience in Gulf markets, deep UAE pricing knowledge and a proven track record in HTA, reimbursement submissions and access negotiations.

Qualifications

• Min. 7 years pharma experience in Gulf markets, with ≥2 years in market access.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Strong UAE pricing, reimbursement and healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
• Proven payer engagement and access negotiations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UAE access strategies for the portfolio.
• Build relationships with payers, health authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead reimbursement and formulary listing through access success.
• Create local value propositions using HTA models, RWE and payer evidence.
• Shape pricing and contracting strategies, including innovative schemes.
• Ensure launch readiness through early payer engagement and evidence planning.
• Monitor market and regulatory trends and translate into strategic actions.
