Senior Market Access Manager – Multiple Therapeutic Areas

Dubai, UAE

On behalf of our client – a leading global biopharmaceutical company with an established specialty portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas in the Gulf region – we are looking for a Senior Market Access Manager for the UAE market.

An in-market role with strategic ambition and operational ownership: you will drive payer engagement, reimbursement, pricing and launch readiness for a specialty portfolio and localise the regional access strategy for the UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the access strategy for the portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas in the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, health authorities and relevant stakeholders
• Lead reimbursement and formulary listing processes through to access success
• Develop localised value propositions based on HTA models, RWE and payer evidence
• Shape pricing and contracting strategies, including innovative pricing and managed-entry schemes
• Ensure launch readiness through early payer engagement and evidence planning
• Monitor market and regulatory trends and translate them into strategic recommendations

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Min. 7 years of pharma experience in the Gulf markets, of which ≥2 year in market access
• Strong understanding of UAE pricing, reimbursement and the healthcare ecosystem
• Proven experience in payer engagement, reimbursement submissions and access negotiations
• Competence in health economics, HTA modelling and public health
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution, working autonomously under minimal guidance
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas an advantage; advanced degree (Master's/PhD) desirable
