Job summary

Arcera, part of L-Acino, seeks a senior leader to develop regional market access strategies across the META region, including UAE and KSA. You will shape pricing, reimbursement, and policy initiatives to enable patient access and commercial growth.

Based in UAE or KSA, you will collaborate with portfolio, global access, and country teams, build payer relationships, and lead HTA readiness, value dossiers, and economic models to support launches and ongoing access.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in market access or health economics within pharma.
• Experience across multiple META markets and therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record securing access and reimbursement for innovative products.
• Understanding of regional policy, pricing regulations, and healthcare systems.
• Strong data analysis and economic modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional market access strategies for current and pipeline products.
• Align pricing, reimbursement, and policy initiatives with portfolio strategy.
• Lead reference pricing, tender analyses, and HTA readiness.
• Build payer and policy maker relationships across the region.
• Support country teams with P&R submissions and value communications.
• Shape pricing governance with Global Market Access and country teams.
• Lead development of regional value dossiers and economic models.
• Use real-world evidence to support access arguments.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize access strategies based on market insights.
