Job summary

Personnel Search Services Group is seeking a senior professional to develop and execute market access strategies in the UAE, engaging government hospitals, private healthcare networks and payers to drive product access and institutional growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain teams to optimize market penetration, pricing, tenders and partnerships, leveraging deep industry insights and stakeholder networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
• 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, Key Account Management, Market Access, Institutional Business or related commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market access strategies for UAE pharmaceutical products.
• Build and maintain relationships with government hospitals, private hospitals, healthcare institutions, payers and insurers.
• Drive product listing, formulary inclusion, reimbursement and institutional procurement opportunities.
• Identify key decision-makers and develop account plans for product access and growth.
• Manage government and institutional opportunities, including tender planning, submissions and follow-ups.
• Monitor healthcare policies, pricing, tender processes and competitor activities.
