Job summary

Personnel Search Services Group is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to lead UAE and GCC regulatory submissions, renewals and compliance initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role requires coordinating with health authorities and cross-functional teams to support product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio expansion, while maintaining rigorous regulatory documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong experience with UAE MOHAP, DoH and DHA submissions.
• Exposure to GMP, GDP, pharmacovigilance.
• Experience dealing with health authorities and regulatory consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory registrations and renewals across UAE and GCC.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for registrations, licences and documentation.
• Manage product labelling, artwork, and regulatory documentation.
• Develop regulatory strategies to support lifecycle management and product launches.
• Coordinate launch readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regulatory guidance for business development and market expansion initiatives.
