Amazon in the UAE is seeking an experienced Linehaul Manager to lead end-to-end linehaul operations across FCs, ATS, AMZL and Quick Commerce, creating an integrated transport network that ensures safe, reliable, and cost-efficient movement of shipments between nodes.

The role requires hands-on leadership to anticipate disruptions, balance competing business-line requirements, and develop scalable solutions while aligning stakeholders and external carriers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon blue badge FTE experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end linehaul operations across UAE, coordinating FC, ATS, AMZL and Quick Commerce.
• Own operational performance against metrics including safety, on-time departures/arrivals, capacity and cost.
• Manage external carriers and partners with clear performance expectations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across FC, ATS, AMZL, Quick Commerce and regional teams.
• Lead cross-business planning for major events and peak seasons.
