SFORS, a UAE-based proprietary trading firm, seeks a qualified Legal Advisor for its Dubai office. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive legal support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding internal teams on complex legal matters.

You will draft and review contracts, manage notarial actions, and oversee documentation, licensing renewals, and government liaison. A strong UAE-law background, English proficiency (C1+), and excellent analytical skills are essential for success in this

Qualifications

Law degree required (Bachelor or Master).
Strong knowledge of UAE legislation and local regulatory practices.
Experience in legal drafting, compliance, and government liaison.
Excellent analytical and legal research skills.
High level of commercial and legal awareness.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support for day-to-day operations.
Draft, review, and amend contracts, addenda, agreements, and other documents.
Prepare resolutions, internal policies, and company regulations.
Draft documentation for notarial actions and registrations.
Prepare and manage legal correspondence, requests, and claims.
Conduct legal analysis of UAE legislation and regulatory initiatives and prepare opinions.
Handle annual KYC procedures, license renewals, and compliance processes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
