Job summary

Client of Guildhall seeks a Country Director to lead Dubai infrastructure expansion, delivering a landmark programme from inception. You will report to global or regional leadership, sit above site and construction leadership, and own the government-facing relationships, land agreements, and the country P&L.

Dubai continues to attract operators building new networks in the region, and this role offers a ground-floor mandate with direct exposure to senior leadership and a rapidly growing market.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• 15+ years in large-scale infrastructure delivery (transport, utilities, or heavy civil works).
• Track record leading a large-scale infrastructure programme.
• Director-level relationships with Gulf government or transport authorities.
• Early career site-based delivery from site engineer to programme director.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a large-scale infrastructure programme end to end.
• Lead the expansion of the country unit and build the country organisation.
• Negotiate directly with government and transport authorities as a delivery partner.
• Secure land and commercial sites to support major infrastructure projects.
• Build and own the country P&L from inception and drive a landmark programme from the ground up.
