Job summary

AL NUKHBA CENTER FOR EMPLOYEMENT AND SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced Data Entry / Typist to join its Abu Dhabi operations. The role focuses on managing UAE government portal activities, processing visa applications, and handling official documentation for multiple client companies.

The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with ICP and GDRFA portals, ensuring all files are accurately logged, verified, and submitted within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct UAE experience in a typing center, PRO services firm, or government transaction company.
• Strong knowledge of ICP and GDRFA portals and UAE employment visa workflows.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multi-tasking; English fluency; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process visa transactions, renewals, status amendments, and cancellations through ICP, GDRFA, and government portals.
• Prepare, verify, and submit official documentation while ensuring compliance across multi-company accounts.
• Track pending or rejected applications, coordinate resolutions, and manage follow-up procedures.
• Maintain complete transaction registries, update client logs, and ensure administrative confidentiality.
• Liaise with client representatives, internal PRO teams, and customer contacts regarding documentation needs.
