Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a fast, accurate Visa Typist / Government Relations Specialist with UAE Construction & FM sector experience. You will manage, prepare and submit high-volume visa applications, labour permits and official government documentation across online portals, ensuring compliance for site and corporate personnel.

Immediate joiner is required. You will coordinate with PRO/HR teams, monitor statuses across GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE (Tasheel/Tawjeeh), DED, DHA, Emirates ID, and maintain

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as visa typist in UAE
• 2+ years in UAE Construction/FM industry
• Fast, accurate English typing; bilingual English/Arabic a plus
• Knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, DHA processes
• Strong attention to detail and deadline adherence

Responsibilities

• Typing and submitting visa, entry permit, and renewal applications
• Process labour quotas and electronic employment contracts
• Coordinate medical fitness tests and Emirates ID biometrics
• Maintain high-volume site and corporate personnel records
