Qualifications

• 3+ years of UAE public relations/government relations experience.
• Proficient in UAE labor law and visa procedures.
• Experience using government systems such as MOHRE, ICP and GDRFA.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with government departments and manage crisis PR processes.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, ICP, TASHEEL, AMER, and represent the company at meetings.
• Receive important clients and government leaders for the company.
• Monitor policy status and regulatory changes; report and act as needed.
• Maintain licenses, permits and certificates to ensure compliance and smooth operation.
• Issue and manage employee visas, medicals, renewals, cancellations and labor contracts.
• Submit forms and documents to government agencies per UAE laws and policies.
• Assist with other Public Relations matters as needed.
