Mirari Smart Technical Services LLC in Dubai seeks a proactive Public Relations and Government Relations professional to build relationships with government departments, monitor policy changes, and coordinate with agencies such as MOHRE, ICP, TASHEEL and AMER. The role includes handling visas, licenses, and permits, preparing documents for government submissions, and representing the company at meetings.
English fluency and UAE labor law expertise are required, along with a valid UAE driving
1. Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant government departments, establish and improve crisis public relations early warning and handling mechanisms, and handle various government public relations emergencies;
2. Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant government agencies, including MOHRE, ICP, TASHEEL, and AMER, etc, and represent the company at government department meetings when necessary;
3. Responsible for receiving important clients of the company and leaders of relevant government departments;
4. Closely monitor the current policy status and trends of various government departments. Stay informed about regulatory revisions and changes, report to the company promptly, and take appropriate action;
5. Maintain and manage the company's business license, permits, and other certificates, ensuring their compliance and smooth operation;
6. Issue employee visas, including coordinating medical examinations, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contract processing and transfers, as well as employee medical insurance registration and cancellation;
7. Submit all necessary forms, letters, and documents to government agencies, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and company policies;
8. Assist with any other matters related to Public Relations as needed by the company.
Skills
1. Fluent in English, able to use English as a working language (written and spoken);
2. At least 3 years of experience in UAE public relations/government relations, proficient in UAE labor law and visa procedures, and experienced in using government systems (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, etc.);
3. Strong stress resistance, rigorous self-discipline, ability to solve complex problems, strong work drive, and strong execution ability;
4. Hold a valid UAE driving license.
