Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a UAE Sales Manager – Fund Administration in Dubai. You will drive new business development, client acquisition and promote Apex’s fund, corporate, and regulatory services across the UAE market.

With 7–10 years of relevant experience, you will engage fund managers, asset managers, private equity firms, government entities, family offices and corporates, building strategic relationships and delivering tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in financial, fund administration or corporate services sales in the GCC.
• Client-facing, revenue-generating role requiring strong knowledge of the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of financial services and fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Apex’s footprint across the UAE.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with fund managers, asset managers, private equity firms, government entities, family offices and corporates.
• Promote Apex’s solutions including Fund Administration & Fund Launch, Custody & Depositary Services, Compliance & Risk Services, Corporate & Fund Structuring, and Capital Introduction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers and regulators.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and client service teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and commercial agreements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes impacting the UAE and GCC.
• Contribute to Apex’s brand positioning through participation in industry events and client engagements.
