Job summary

UiPath, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive for the UAE market. You will engage top enterprise accounts, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue by presenting UiPath solutions to C-level stakeholders and business leaders.

You will build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, evangelize the UiPath brand, and collaborate with the Customer Success group to ensure maximum value and smooth implementations. English fluency and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies in UAE.
• Proven quota attainment year-over-year, growing an enterprise client portfolio.
• Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts clearly to executives.
• Grow an enterprise client portfolio through strategic account management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule.
• Evangelize UiPath’s solutions to C-level and business leaders using a value selling approach.
• Educate customers on financial and professional benefits of UiPath solutions.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers in the territory.
• Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global system integrators.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success Management team to maximize customer value and expedite issues.
• Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to tailor customer needs.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and opportunities for new products.
