The successful candidate will define and implement the country strategy, take responsibility for P&L, and lead a team focused on profitable growth. Candidates should have at least 7 years of management experience in dermatology or related fields, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. Proficiency in English and good Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the dermatology and cosmetic industries.

Responsibilities

• Define country strategy for DermoCosmetics and Medical Care BUs.
• Take responsibility for the income statement (P&L) of the country.
• Promote a digital culture and ensure we're a trusted partner.
• Lead and supervise the team while developing skills and managing performance.
• Optimize working methods in accordance with Group standards.
