You will build partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships, and report regularly to central management while supporting recruitment and engagement across the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop country-level strategies with market analysis and business planning.
• Strong relationship-building with institutions, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating remote operations across time zones.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
