Job summary

AMS Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to expand corporate travel accounts across the UAE. This onsite role focuses on building relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting travel services to corporate clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years UAE corporate sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with GDS/Amadeus. A driving license and relevant travel qualifications are preferred for success in this market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in travel or corporate sales.
• Proven corporate sales experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of UAE travel market and corporate sales cycle.
• Experience with GDS/Amadeus systems.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• IATA diploma or bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new corporate travel accounts in the UAE.
• Identify potential companies and decision-makers to arrange meetings.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on opportunities.
• Promote airline tickets, hotels, and other travel services to corporate clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Support accounts team with collection and payment follow-up.
• Maintain records of sales activities and opportunities.
