Our Client in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Setup Consultant to support corporate clients with company formation and advisory services in the UAE. You will manage end-to-end setup processes, liaise with authorities, and guide clients through licensing and jurisdiction choices.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of UAE experience, strong communication skills, and a client-focused, detail-oriented approach. A valid UAE residence status is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business setup or management consulting
• Strong understanding of mainland and free zone company formation processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
• Valid UAE residence status allowing employment

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on business setup options, licensing structures, and jurisdiction selection in the UAE
• Handle end-to-end company formation processes, including documentation and coordination with authorities
• Liaise with government departments, free zones, and service providers
• Support clients with visa processing, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and advisory support
• Ensure timely execution of setup activities in line with regulatory guidelines
