LINEA Projects is seeking an experienced Civil HSE Engineer to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across UAE construction sites. You will implement policies, conduct inspections, risk assessments and safety training to promote a strong safety culture on all projects.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years of UAE construction experience, an engineering degree or HSE qualification, and a mandatory SARS Card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE construction/contracting experience.
• HSE/Safety qualification or Engineering degree preferred.
• SARS Card is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and HSE regulations.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor HSE policies at project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare HSE documentation, reports, and records.
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and HSE training for workers.
• Coordinate with project teams on HSE matters.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports.
• Ensure proper PPE use and permit-to-work compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across sites.
