Job summary

RadiantBiz in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Business Consultant for an on-site, full-time role. The consultant will provide consulting services, strategic advice, and handle business setup across UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore.

You will work closely with clients to understand needs, develop actionable plans, and drive growth. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consulting/sales/finance, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of UAE laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, sales, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking
• Knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• UAE Resident Visa and medical insurance included

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services and strategic advice to clients on various aspects of business.
• Assist with business setup and advisory, including company formation in UAE Free Zone, Mainland and Offshore.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and formulate solutions.
• Help clients develop detailed business plans to drive growth and changes.
• Develop new leads for business setup and support marketing with feedback on leads.
• Manage CRM efficiently and coordinate with banking services and compliance.
