Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of UAE business setup or consultative sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone processes.
• Proven sales, lead conversion, and target achievement experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to understand their business activities and needs.
• Advise on mainland, free zone, and offshore setup options.
• Explain formation procedures, licenses, visas, and corporate structures.
• Prepare and present customized business setup proposals and quotations.
• Convert leads into clients through consultation, follow-up, and negotiation.
• Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, banks, and service providers.
• Collect and verify client documentation and ensure complete applications.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide timely updates.
• Identify opportunities for visa processing, banking, accounting, tax, and other services.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations and procedures.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
