LEFTFIELD SOLUTIONS is seeking commercially driven Business Setup Advisors to join an international team, with positions across Cyprus, Germany, Russia and the UAE. The role focuses on advising entrepreneurs and investors looking to establish or expand their presence in the UAE, covering company formation, corporate structuring and residency solutions.

You will manage the full commercial journey from inquiry through onboarding, combining advisory and consultative sales with relationship

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business setup, corporate services, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries to identify UAE market opportunities.
• Consult with clients to understand activities, ownership, investment objectives and expansion plans.
• Advise on UAE company formation options (Free Zone, Mainland) and residency considerations.
• Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups and onboarding.
