Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UAE business setup experience.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• UAE driving license required.
• ACCA/CPA with UAE tax experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or Xero.
• UAE Bar qualified or equivalent with commercial law specialization.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide international clients through the UAE business setup process. Advise on license types, freezone selection, and corporate structures.
• Handle all government transactions including visa applications, license renewals, and ministry approvals.
• Provide UAE VAT and corporate tax advisory to SME clients.
• Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting for a portfolio of UAE SME clients.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate documents under UAE law.
• Own the post-sale client relationship ensuring high satisfaction, on-time delivery, and upsell opportunities.
