Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a UAE Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead market expansion and drive profitable growth across our Asset Performance business. You will own strategic customer relationships, identify and secure major service opportunities, and influence decisions early in the sales cycle.

Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years in business development or related roles within UAE energy or industrial services, plus an engineering background and a strong network across UAE operators.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven success in UAE energy, petrochemical, industrial services, or process industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE sales and business development strategy.
• Drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with business objectives.
