Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking an experienced UAE Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead market expansion within the Asset Performance unit. You will own strategic accounts, build executive relationships, and drive profitable growth through new opportunities and long-term service contracts.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
Strong network across UAE industrial and energy sectors.
Proven track record of securing major service contracts.
Engineering background with technical selling capability.
Experience selling rotating and static equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the UAE sales and business development strategy.
Drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with business objectives.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver competitive proposals.
Monitor market developments and provide insights to senior leadership.
