Job summary

SailPoint specializes in identity security for the cloud enterprise, and is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the UAE region. You will be part of the UAE DevOps team responsible for data stores, AWS-based SaaS infrastructure and secure production operations.

The role emphasizes on-call readiness, collaboration across Engineering, Product Services, and security/compliance teams, and delivering high availability for enterprise customers from the UAE region.

Qualifications

Experience in 24x7 production operations for SaaS or cloud environments.
Strong cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS.
Kubernetes and ArgoCD experience.
Experience deploying and maintaining databases and distributed data stores (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, S3, DynamoDB).
Experience with ML/data tools (Airflow, Flink).
Release automation and system administration experience.
Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Solid understanding of systems and networking; troubleshooting skills.
Excellent collaboration and ability to influence engineers not directly reporting.
Able to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Join UAE DevOps team to operate SailPoint ISC product in UAE region.
Own on-call rotation and ensure product availability and data sovereignty compliance.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Services to implement scalable SaaS infrastructure.
Lead projects to operate and secure data stores with restricted access.
Drive improvements and align with ISO SOC SSAE 16 and similar standards.
