Job summary

Tanqeeb, a UAE-based recruitment firm, is seeking a proactive recruitment specialist to source and screen candidates for UAE banking sales roles. You will leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to build a strong candidate pool.

The role offers a fixed salary up to AED 3,500 per month, visa and medical insurance, and a fast-growing, collaborative culture that values learning and innovation. You’ll work in Dubai and conduct face-to-face interviews with local candidates.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruiting for UAE banking sales roles.
• Strong and active network of candidates within the UAE banking industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets in the UAE banking sector

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support the creation and posting of job advertisements and engaging recruitment content.
• Assist the HR and recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities and operational requirements.
• Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
