Job summary

Zutari in Dubai, UAE seeks an Authority Liaison Engineer to coordinate NOC submissions and approvals with local authorities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. You will liaise with project teams, clients, and authorities, preparing reports and driving regulatory adherence across project stages.

The role requires minimum 5 years of experience in authority liaison, strong planning and infrastructure knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations, codes, and NOC processes.

Responsibilities

• Submit and coordinate NOC submissions and approvals with local authorities.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE regulations and codes and track regulatory updates.
• Act as primary liaison between the organization, clients, and local authorities for approvals.
• Prepare detailed reports on project approvals, requirements and procedures.
• Identify and implement improvements to NOC submission and approval processes.
