Qualifications

• Proven experience in NOC coordination, authority liaison, or regulatory approvals in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of authority requirements including RTA, DDA, DM, DEWA, DCD, and related entities.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project management, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure authority submission requirements are met.
• Manage submission and follow-up of NOC through the RTA E-NOC portal.
• Act as liaison between authorities and project teams.
