Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced regulatory liaison for architecture and construction projects. You will manage NOC submissions, document control, and coordination with DM, DDA, Trakhees, and other authorities to keep approvals moving smoothly.

You will build strong relationships with local authorities, identify compliance risks early, and ensure all permits and reports are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, consultancy, or design & build projects.
• Experience with authority liaison, NOC submissions, permits, and Dubai approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Help manage NOC submissions and document control, coordinating with DM, DDA, Trakhees and other stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact with local/regional/national regulatory bodies to foster relationships.
• Identify potential compliance issues early and develop solutions to mitigate risks to project timelines.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, documentation and reports with accuracy for Dubai Authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within construction, consultancy, or design & build projectsPrevious experience in authority liaison, NOC submissions, permits, and approval processes especially in DubaiPractical knowledge of DM, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authority procedures Experience using authority portals and online submission systemsAbility to prepare and maintain NOC and authority approval trackersGood understanding of construction/project documentation and approval workflowsStrong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skillsProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to manage multiple submissions and follow up on several projects simultaneously
